CLASSIFYING THE FRESH CAUGHT

We prioritize freshness of our products at Seafood Supplies. In order to ensure that all the fresh caught can be processed as soon as possible, our boats are out to sea under a short limit of time.

Consequently, we avoid the risks of decomposition and secure the freshness of fish at its maximum level. Once the boats return to the jetty, the fresh caught will undergo classifications according to their type, size and grade.

FREEZING THE FISH AND SEAFOOD

Next, we move the sea produce to the freezing machine right after the classification process completed. This process will use a technology which is called the Individual Quick Freezing or IQF.

Among the benefits of the IQF machine includes:
• Freezing temperature of -40°C
• Products fully frozen in 45 minutes
• Captures and retains the freshness of products
• Produce long lasting products without affecting its texture, odour and taste
• Helps disinfect any formation of bacteria

PACKAGING THE PRODUCTS

Packaging is done as soon as the products are out of the freeze machine. Lastly, we weight and neatly pack the fish and seafood to be stored in the cold room.

There, we kept the products according to their category under the temperature of -20°C. Overall, it took around 3-4 hours to complete the entire processes.
