Where is the source of your fish and seafood?

Most of our fish and seafood are caught from Mersing to the South China Sea. We also import our seafood that sources from the South China Sea.

Are the fish and seafood fresh?

Our fish and seafood are frozen fresh using Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology that preserve the quality and freshness at optimum level.

Are the fish and seafood free from preservatives?

Yes, our fish and seafood are 100% free from any harmful preservatives. With the help of Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology, we are able to avoid the use of any preservatives.

How long can I keep the fish and seafood in the freezer at home?

You can keep them for as long as 3 months in your freezer.

Do you provide gutting and cleaning?

In order to preserve the quality and freshness of our fish and seafood, we do not provide gutting and cleaning services.

We encourage our customers to gut and clean their own fishes so that they can see and witness how fresh they are.

What do I once I received my fish and seafood?

Simply let them thaw, gut and clean only those that are needed to be cooked.

If not, put them straight in your freezer to maintain their quality and freshness.

How to order your fish and seafood?

You can simply go to our Product page and click the “Add to Cart” button on any fish and seafood you need.

Next, click the “Checkout” button and follow the instruction to make payments.

How do I make payments?

We use BillPlz payment gateway that supports FPX online banking.

FPX (Financial Process Exchange) is a payment gateway that allows you to make real time online payments using your current or savings account. All you need is an Internet banking account with any of FPX participating banks.

Is my payment secured?

Yes, your payments are secured. FPX online banking are commonly used in Malaysia for online purchases.

When will I receive my orders?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. You can expect delivery on the same day or within the next 24 hours of business days.

Kindly note that orders placed after 5:00 pm are not guaranteed to be delivered the same day. Also, orders are not processed nor delivered on Mondays.

Once your order is successfully submitted, your fish and seafood are picked, packed, and ready for delivery. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification.

HOME DELIVERY

Do you provide home delivery?

Yes, we do. Home deliveries are fulfilled by 3rd-party courier service i.e. Lalamove or BungkusIt.

Is there any charges for home delivery?

Yes, delivery charge will be included during ‘Checkout’.

Simply fill in your address and the delivery charge will be automatically calculated based on your distance.

Which area is available for home delivery?

We only provide home delivery for customers living in Klang Valley.

How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery charge will vary according to your location. Below are the price estimation for home delivery:

Base fare: 0-5 km, RM5.00
Fare after 5 km: RM1.00/km
